Sand Boa Enclosures Page

Alberta Bred Geckos has gone Professional with new Boaphile Plastics enclosures! I have switched all my Sand Boas to new Boaphile Plastics enclosures. These are space efficient, easy to clean, light and best of all, provide plenty of room for my Sand Boas. Males and females are separated. Males will be introduced for for mating purposes and only for short periods.

These are "321T Townhouse" models. See www.Boaphileplastics.com for more details. These divided enclosure gives approximately 18" wide x 24" deep x 12" tall space. An undivided enclosure provides approximately 36" wide x 24" deep x 12" tall space. With the pedestal, the stacks measure 36" wide x 24" deep x 84 " tall, 12 enclosures. Each stack of enclosures is pre-wired with heat-tape and I am using the Boaphile Dual Thermostats to operate and control the heat tape temperatures.

Sand Boa Hatchling Racking Systems

I have invested in some new Boaphile Plastics RhinoRaXX Clear Shoe Box size racks measure 32 1/2" wide X 26" tall X 13 1/4" deep. Each rack is 6 bins high and 5 bins wide. I plan to have 3 of them stacked to make 90 bins total. For now I only have one rack. (30 bins) Each bin measures 6 3/4" wide X 3 3/4" tall X 12 1/2" deep. This rack came with heat tape already wired in, and I am using the Boaphile Dual Thermostats to operate and control the heat tape temperatures.

There is a Sand Boa in the Picture below, my Male Kenyan. His nose is just sticking out of the Aspen chips. Can you find him? (Please note, this is a larger picture)
